SHIPPING POLICY
We offer a variety of shipping options for both domestic and international orders. All domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, while international orders are shipped within 5-10 business days. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Please note that customs and duties may apply to international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on returning your purchase and once we receive your return, we will issue a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you simply want to exchange your purchase for a different product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item, and once we receive your exchange, we will ship out the new item.
